Chanel Haute Couture SS17 - "I'm still not over it"

Ahead of Fashion Week, we take a look back at the recent SS17 Haute Couture Collection featured on Paris a matter of weeks ago.

This was by far one of the most beautiful collections I have ever seen & it’s safe to say I don’t think I’m quite ready to forget about it

66 looks of pure perfection.

The use of structure initially was nothing short of radiant & reinvented the concept of power dressing in the most beautiful way. The models oozed confidence & class.

As the collection progressed we saw the luxurious fabrics & materials come to life.

The exquisite use of hand sewn feathers & striking jewels worked perfectly with the environment – the glass laid floor created the perfect platform for the cleverly though out light to reflect from; creating even more drama than we could ever imagine in preparation for the climax.

The styling was nothing short of perfect with not only the accessories but with the hair & make up too.

Simplicity & sophistication was high on the agenda at this show.
